工作职责
Proactive communication towards customers about product availabilities and out of stocks, inform about service levels; In charge of maintaining non-delivery reasons related to service level; Responsible for logistic reports on carrier capacity and performance, POD; Monthly presenting of carrier performance reporting; Providing support and follow-up within our systems (SAP, OTM) concerning open invoices, goods issues, etc.; Support team members in different projects (cf. Cost to Serve); Maintaining strong contacts (local and international) with various departments such as Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing and Sales; Opportunity to bring your own points of improvements.

Knowledge of/experience with SAP, Power BI is a big asset; French and/or Dutch is an asset.
