This position as a Strategic Sourcing Manager at AMD involves overseeing cable and connector supply, managing supplier relationships, tracking BOM and materials, and mitigating supply chain risks to support high-performance computing products.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Industrial/Technology Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field. Proficiency in English and bilingual in Mandarin preferred. Proficiency in procurement and supply chain principles and skills. Well knowledge of BOM structure, design process in Cable/Connector. Advanced analytical and communications skills. Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills. Proficiency with Microsoft office applications and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
工作职责
Manage Cable/Connector/thermal suppliers for Costed BOM, related NPI development costs and change history. Manage raw material readiness status with suppliers, track and report key material shortage and co-work to pull in delivery schedule. Track and manage BOM and Part numbers on each milestone. Release FCST and demand orders to suppliers and negotiate delivery schedules. Co-work with suppliers to plan/perform risk management. Planning and Organization: Plan actions with well-structure tracker. Accountability: Take action proactively and timely until issue resolves. Teamwork: Works effectively across organizations. Drive for results: Consistently goes above and beyond. Detail oriented: Pay attention to details for info accuracy.
优先资格
Years experience in the ODM/OEM Manufacturing or Server System Solution industry. Direct experience in supply chain function is a plus. Years’ experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, including but not limited to the ability to analyze data using pivots and V-Lookups.
