As an Account Manager at Corning, you will manage key accounts in the LCD industry, develop long-term strategies, and build strong customer relationships to drive sales growth. 工作职责

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately executes order specifications in Corning's and customer's order system; ensures proper pricing, payment, quotes and shipping/transportation terms.
Develops and executes a multi-year strategy for enhancing Corning's value add to the customer.
Involves Corning's executive leadership in customer visits to build credibility.
Maintains frequent contact with customer to strengthen relationship and maximize account penetration.
Stays informed of customer requirements and pursues profitable selling opportunities.
Collaborates with Pricing, Product Line Management, etc. to negotiate favorable agreements.
Proactively clarifies and executes contract terms.
Coordinates cross-functional account services to serve customer with one voice.
Collects market, customer, and competitor intelligence.
Collects sales information to inform forecasting and inventory management.
Customizes presentation/marketing collateral to fit customer's technical needs.
Assesses overall cost of sales to align resources with opportunities.
