As a SuccessFactors Employee Central Module Lead at Accenture, you will lead the design and implementation of core HR solutions for global clients. Experience with integration scenarios and data migration best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluent in English.
Lead the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into system configurations. Drive workshops with HR and IT stakeholders to define business processes and data models. Collaborate with integration and data teams to ensure seamless connectivity with Payroll, Talent modules, and external systems. Provide guidance on best practices, release management, and solution enhancements post go-live. Review deliverables and ensure adherence to quality, documentation, and governance standards. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the SuccessFactors team.
Additional regional language skills are a plus.
