Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify business insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is preferred.
Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and risk awareness, with the ability to translate financial data into business value.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Partner closely with Sales, Channel Operations, and cross-functional business teams to provide financial insights and support strategic business decisions.
Develop, implement, and continuously optimize channel finance management processes, including budgeting, expense control, rebate management, pricing governance, and profitability analysis.
Evaluate the financial impact of channel promotions, trade investments, rebate programs, and commercial policies; monitor return on investment (ROI) and recommend actions to improve resource allocation.
Conduct regular business performance reviews by analyzing revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability, while identifying business risks and opportunities.
Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial planning activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Review channel agreements and commercial terms, assess financial risks, and ensure compliance with internal controls and company financial policies.
Drive process improvement and finance digitalization initiatives by enhancing reporting, dashboards, and analytical models to improve operational efficiency.
