工作职责
负责制定与优化商管理全链路策略,包括但不限于商招募、准入审核标准、分级分类、汰换机制等,建立完善的商生命周期管理体系
搭建并持续优化商考核评估体系,定期进行商绩效评估与质量审核,对不符合平台发展要求的商执行预警、辅导及汰换,推动商持续改进
负责商管理相关预算的编制、管控与效果评估,建立预算与考核联动的资源分配机制,确保投入产出比最优化
处理商相关投诉与异常事件,组织根因分析并推动闭环整改
收集并反馈商侧需求与痛点,协同内外部资源推动解决,提升商满意度和忠诚度
定期输出商质量与绩效分析报告,为业务决策提供数据支持
推动商培训与能力提升项目,提升整体商质量水平
