作为澳门地区的零售管理负责人,您将领导多家精品店团队,确保品牌在市场中保持零售领导地位

您需要激发团队专业精神,推动以客户为中心的文化,并通过现场指导提升服务质量
同时,您还需与商业总监合作制定业务策略,管理店铺运营、人员发展和品牌形象

最低要求

Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management role – of which the last 2 is for a team of no less than 30 people.

University degree required.
Open to both local/overseas candidates. Housing/relocation support will be provided for overseas candidates.
English (mandatory)
Either Cantonese or Mandarin (mandatory)

工作职责

Leadership, Management and Development of Staff: Foster a culture of uncompromising excellence; devote time to people development; advise Commercial Director on succession planning; identify ways to empower boutique management; handle retail manpower needs.

Build a Client-centric Retail team: Drive Boutique Management to adopt Client Service Values; cultivate high standards in client service; set client strategy with Marketing Team.
Translate Business Strategy specifically to boutiques within management area: Provide direction by boutique; identify business opportunities; define strategic business plan; partner with Marketing to analyze CEM reports; work with Product team on product selection; provide insights on commission/incentive schemes; be accountable for staff productivity and cost management.
Uphold the image of the brand (Visual Merchandising + Boutique Maintenance + Grooming): Instill culture of upholding brand image; communicate retail needs to VM team; role model as ambassador; nurture relationships with landlord, PR, Media, local public authority.
Improves Boutique Operations Efficiency / Retail Performance: Leverage support of retail office; work as business partners; enhance operation efficiency; ensure SOP are updated; partner Finance to review internal controls.
