This role oversees the daily operations of the Concierge and supervises the Customer Services Team to deliver excellent service to shoppers and tenants. It involves managing customer inquiries, supporting marketing events, and coaching team members. Candidates with less experience may be considered for an officer role.

+ years of experience in customer service with 2+ years in a supervisory role, preferably in the Retail/ shopping malls

day work week at both office and Concierge; shift duty and 9 hours per day
