This role leads the development of capital selling processes, establishes service and repair operations, and drives clinical and digital adoption within the Orthopaedics business at Johnson & Johnson. You will enhance digital platform competitiveness, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and evolve into a people leadership role.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical, Life Sciences, Business, or related field. Experience and Skills (Required): Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in Orthopaedics, medical devices, or the healthcare industry; Strong understanding of clinical workflows and surgical procedures (Orthopaedics preferred); Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work cross-functionally and drive projects independently; Excellent communication and influence skills.

工作职责

Develop and implement a structured capital equipment selling process, and actively drive capital selling initiatives to support business growth and improve sales effectiveness. Establish and standardize service & repair SOPs to ensure high-quality, efficient after-sales support and customer satisfaction. Provide clinical support to healthcare professionals, including training and product education. Drive the adoption of Orthopaedics digital tools and procedures, working closely with surgeons and clinical teams. Collaborate with sales teams to increase implant utilization and sales performance through integrated solutions. Lead initiatives to enhance the competitiveness of the Orthopaedics digital platform, including workflow optimization and user engagement. Act as a cross-functional liaison between sales, marketing, service, and clinical teams to ensure aligned execution.

优先资格

Experience in capital equipment sales, service operations, or digital health solutions is highly desirable; Prior people management experience is preferred; Prior experience within orthopedics or medical devices.
