Conduct market & competitive analysis, develop global / regional market strategies, and translate insights into actionable product roadmaps. Communicate, collect, and consolidate customer requirements; input and manage requirements in DOORS for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. Plan and support usability evaluations / validation tests during NPI to ensure clinical fit and user experience. Support registration, market access, and sales ramp-up for assigned product lines under guidance of senior product manager. Develop sales tools, customer presentations, value propositions, and deliver training for global product launches. Support technical documentation (IFU, PI, labeling) in multi-language versions: coordinate translation, review, internal release, and alignment with Edan / Draeger / SDL / RMMs / Lübeck Tdoc to ensure on-time market release. Perform tender specification analysis, competitive benchmarking, and update product collaterals. Support OA tracking and expediting to drive business growth. Handle customer complaints and drive product quality improvements. Manage DCR process: SW updates, bug fixes, cybersecurity and mandatory changes to enhance customer satisfaction. Organize and facilitate Product Quality Board (PQB); track and close action items from product management perspective. Monitor sales, orders, and business performance; adjust tactics and strategies to boost business results.
