Manage complex, global calendars across multiple time zones, balancing strategic priorities, internal governance, customer engagements, and board‑level commitments. Prepare executives for meetings through briefing materials, agendas, research summaries, and follow‑up tracking. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and alignment. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, visas, and expense management. Drive preparation and coordination of executive presentations, leadership offsites, quarterly business reviews, and leadership team related materials. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information, including M&A activity, financial performance. Support operational rhythms such as annual planning, budget cycles, and organizational communications. Partner closely with global teams across the enterprise and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Facilitate smooth information flow across the organization, ensuring the executive is informed, prepared, and connected to key initiatives. Build strong relationships with other executive assistants to coordinate enterprise‑wide priorities and events. Lead or support special projects, including process improvements, culture initiatives, and cross‑functional programs. Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure accountability and follow‑through. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance executive productivity.
