最低要求

Bachelor degree or above from top universities and institutions, with distinctions in academic performance are highly preferred

Diverse Backgrounds Welcome: preferred major in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, Humanities, or Social Sciences.
Strong interest and point of view in the transition and transformation of traditional industries in the digital / AI age.

工作职责

In the Deloitte Digital environment:

o Leverage digital concepts and technologies to drive business growth and innovation
o Use business perceptions and technical skills to understand clients' requirements and needs, capture pain points, analyze the situation and challenges, eventually propose actionable solutions
o Develop and nurture relationships with industry leaders in business and technology from the world's largest organizations
o Value, consider, and respect the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of colleagues and clients
In a typical project:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
o Help clients craft their customer and marketing strategies and enable their ability to run customer management operations
o Conduct data analysis and modeling to support business decisions
o Develop and maintain business process models and documentation
o Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback from clients and ensure alignment with stakeholders
o Support the implementation of business solutions and ensure successful adoption
