你将负责端到端招聘流程,包括与招聘经理沟通需求、开发招聘渠道、筛选简历、安排面试、进行背景调查及发放录用通知
同时需要维护人才库、分析招聘数据并支持团队提升雇主品牌
适合有扎实招聘经验、中英文流利、善于沟通和建立人际关系的求职者

最低要求

本科或同等学历

扎实的招聘经验,最好在服务型公司或跨国公司环境
优秀的中英文口语和书写能力
强大的社交网络、影响力和咨询技能,能够建立牢固的客户关系
以客户服务为导向,具有主动性、灵活性和资源fulness
注重细节,良好的组织能力
自我激励,良好的问题解决能力
能够区分优先级并多任务处理
积极的态度,热情和精力充沛

工作职责

与招聘经理沟通,对每个新职位进行具体的工作分析,制定清晰的职位描述,包括职位发布、候选人筛选问题和选择标准

开发招聘渠道,吸引国内或国际人才市场的潜在候选人,并持续评估渠道的有效性和效率
跟踪并执行整个招聘流程:筛选简历、面试与评估、候选人背景调查,并在德勤电子招聘系统上发放录用通知,按招聘经理要求及时填补职位空缺
持续跟踪和分析电子招聘系统中的招聘数据,向管理团队提供及时报告
主动寻找并建立高潜力人才库,与人才建立良好关系和联系
与团队合作,建立德勤在候选人中的品牌形象,并适当地向候选人“推销”雇主价值主张
协助经理进行市场情报研究,以生成最佳实践
支持其他指定的招聘项目
