This is a system engineering role within Deloitte's IT & Technology consulting practice in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers, workstations, and network devices for clients or internal departments. The role involves hands-on technical support, security policy implementation, and ensuring reliable system performance.
最低要求
Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
At least 4 years of experience in one or more of the following:
Performing LAN Administration jobs
maintaining and performing troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows or Linux servers
Supporting Windows system services including DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory
At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
Providing help-desk and technical support for Microsoft Windows workstations
Supporting standard office applications including MS Outlook and MS Office
Supporting MDM service and mobile devices (in particular Android devices)
Supporting server hardware and network equipment
Supporting VPN
Monitoring of LAN/WAN/VPN network performance
Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and configuration problems in PCs and notebooks
Managing centralised backup system, e.g. Veeam
Maintaining system with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solution, such as Trend Micro EDR.
工作职责
Install and configure new Servers and users workstations
Maintain and perform troubleshooting on user workstations and Servers
Interact and follow up with vendors and government departments for maintenance and fault reported for any computer equipment and software until case completed
Maintain the inventory record of the computer equipment
Provide technical assistance for relocating/establishing computer equipment
Perform day-to-day LAN Administration jobs,
Manage and configure network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
Implement and manage security policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data
Perform regular system backups and ensure data recovery processes are in place
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues
Document and maintain system configurations, procedures, and policies
Train and assist end-users in the use of hardware and software
优先资格
Below support experience is preferred:
Prior support experience in Government department(s)
Holder of below professional certifications is a definite advantage:
Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) or equivalent
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
IBM Certified System Administrator (CLP) - Lotus Notes and Domino
