This senior accountant role at Pierre Fabre in Hong Kong manages full sets of accounts, tax filings, and internal controls for a leading dermo-cosmetics and pharmaceutical company. You will handle month-end closing, AR/AP, treasury reporting, and coordinate with auditors and group entities.
工作职责
Your responsibilities and duties include, but not limited to:
Accounting Management**
Handle full sets of accounts including receivable, client settlement, month-end journal entries, bank reconciliation, tax provision etc
Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
Responsible for the data entry, update and records maintenance in the ERP system
Manage and monitor the AR/AP, cash and bank balances
Manage and monitor T& E system
Support monthly financial accounts closings and management reporting
Contribute to the annual financial statements (social & consolidate accounts)
Prepare the quarterly treasury reports: Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges
Management of internal and external relationship**
Complete tax filings and dealing with matters relating to the IRD
Cooperate and coordinate with auditors (external & internal)
Cooperate and coordinate with periodic inspection-reconciliation with business partners and employees
Coordinate with Group partner company and mother company for intercompany reconciliation
Internal control**
Control of accounting system consistency
Maintain and update internal procedures, participate in the continuous improvement of internal procedure and risk management
Other ad hoc duties as assigned**
