As an In-Store Client Development Specialist at Louis Vuitton Hong Kong, you will drive client acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies, creating personalized luxury experiences for high-value clients. You'll collaborate closely with retail teams to elevate the in-store journey and strengthen local client relationships.

Work in close collaboration with fellow Client Development professionals across Hong Kong’s corporate team and retail store network. Embody Louis Vuitton's values, vision and style as a brand ambassador. Provide bespoke customer experiences.

工作职责

Generate and implement innovative strategies to recruit new clients and develop lasting relationships with existing clients. Drive local clientele in store to ensure strong local treatment and follow-up of VICs. Lead by example to inspire and drive the store team to consistently adopt a client-focused mindset. In partnership with store management, ensure world-class, unique, luxurious experiences for clients every time.
