As the Quality Review Manager for Learning & Development, you will serve as the central coordinator for external regulatory reviews and internal Risk & Quality audits. You will manage end-to-end review processes, ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and provide reporting to leadership. This role requires strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills in a professional services environment.

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in project management and quality assurance roles, preferably within the L&D environment of a professional services firm

Proven project management ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to engage effectively with senior leadership, regulators, and cross-functional teams
High attention to detail with high standards of accuracy and thoroughness in documentation and reporting
Analytical skills to synthesize findings, identify themes, and recommend actionable improvements
Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office suite, and reporting/dashboard platforms

工作职责

External Regulatory Review Management**

Serve as one of the central coordinators for all external regulatory reviews impacting the L&D function
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones for each review cycle
Liaise with regulators, external bodies, and internal stakeholders to ensure all requirements and deadlines are met
Prepare, collate, and quality-check all documentation and submissions required for regulatory reviews
Track findings, recommendations, and remediation actions to closure
Internal R&Q Review Management**
Support, coordinate and project manage internal R&Q review processes end-to-end
Work with relevant teams to gather evidence, documentation, and responses
Monitor progress against review action plans and escalate risks or delays to leadership
Maintain a centralized tracker of all review findings, action items, and status updates
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting**
Act as a key liaison between the L&D leadership team and internal/external review bodies
Prepare status reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for leadership
Facilitate debrief sessions and lessons-learned discussions post-review
Communicate review outcomes and required actions to relevant teams
Process Improvement & Governance**
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve review processes
Develop and maintain standardized templates, checklists, and procedures for review readiness
Ensure governance frameworks and documentation standards are consistently applied
Stay current on regulatory changes and evolving quality standards relevant to the function
