This role focuses on designing and delivering technical independence learning solutions at PwC. You will collaborate with global teams to create training content, manage projects, and leverage emerging technologies like GenAI. It is ideal for experienced L&D professionals with instructional design skills.
最低要求
Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a closely related field in learning sciences.
+ years designing, delivering, implementing and maintaining L&D content on technical subject matters in a large, regulated organization that uses emerging L&D technologies.
Exceptional proficiency in English, with strong communication skills that include the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
工作职责
Support the GI L&D Leader with the entirety of the GI L&D program in the design, development and delivery of multiple technical training courses.
Help manage project schedules/vendors, track and analyse course and territory data, and maintain the GI L&D SharePoint site.
Leverage emerging technologies, such as GenAI to enhance training creation and delivery.
Develop learning for Articulate 360, Gomo and/or Vyond tools and other emerging tools.
Load and maintain training in Growth Centre/CSOD.
Support training initiatives and stakeholder engagement virtually or in-person (travel up to 10% of time).
优先资格
Prior knowledge of independence compliance, policies and procedures is an advantage but not required. Demonstrated experience in utilizing AI technologies to enhance learning and development programs is highly desirable.
