Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding: Collate and review collected employee information to trigger automated creation of GPID; Assign onboarding tasks to departments and send employee updates; Prepare labor contracts and other documentations; Arrange orientation schedule, agenda and conduct remote orientation.
Offboarding: Confirm unused leave encashment, retrieval checklist etc.; Deactivate social insurance accounts; Conduct Exit Interview (Telephonic) – Template driven; Perform final calculation (leave encashment etc); Generate separation letter and handover to employee; Coordinate for Archiving People Move: Raise position creation request; Prepare communication letter and send to employee for sign-off; Send employee updates. HR Inquiry: Offer HR inquiry service in time as SLA required, like Certification, Report, etc. Notification: Manage notification in time as SLA required; Contract renew notification/ Retirement notification/ probation review notification/ healthy card renew notification/ return notification/ relocation notification, etc. P Filing: Maintain e-copies of employee personnel files using online solution as required, sort hard copies where necessary; Perform filing and ensure compliance with audit requirements. HR System: Learn local & global systems and use them proficiently in work as local & global standardization required, including but not limited to EC/ CDP/ Service Now/ Best Sign/ Gaia/ Power apps, etc. Others: Other work assigned by lead.
