This role is a senior brand management position at Reckitt, a global consumer goods company. You will lead brand strategy, innovation, and marketing plans for the e-commerce channel, driving growth and digital presence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage P&L, and coach junior team members.

最低要求

University or above Degree in marketing, business administration or related disciplines

Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing preferably with FMCG companies
New product development, project management and launch plan execution
Adaptation/ localization of global/ regional marketing strategies, copy/ program resources to drive local business growth
Develop, present/ align, and execute brand plans including advertising/ communications, media, digital/ social, consumer promotion, trade/ in-store, product/ pricing, etc.
Market research exposure on U&A, concept & copy development, brand performance tracking, etc.
TVC/ print/ digital creative development & production
Media brief development, execution plan and post-track/ optimization
Understands P & L and budget management to deliver sales, margin, profit targets.
Fluent written and spoken English
Proficient in MS Office applications

工作职责

Lead category, brand strategy, innovation and marketing plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional team to execute brand strategy and plans to achieve category business objectives and brand marketing measurements.
Execute market research activities to identify consumer and customer insights.
Develop and execute brand marketing plans, lead NPD/ EPD, pricing, communications, media to promotion plan and tactics.
Track marketing initiatives and set measurements to enhance effectiveness and business impact.
Deliver brand growth targets with brand P&L accountability and market share growth.
Manage marketing expenditures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness/ ROIs.
Collaborate with cross functional team to identify needs & opportunities, developing pricing, distribution, consumer promotion strategies for assigned category.
Work with global and regional team on NPD/EPD launch
Day to day management and coaching of direct report(s)
