This role at Ant Bank HK involves designing and enhancing digital financial products such as bank accounts, fund transfers, and securities trading. 最低要求
Over 3 years of product experience in the banking or financial industry in the Hong Kong region, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in the implementation of products such as bank accounts, fund transfers and remittances, and investment and wealth management. Familiar with and well-versed in the operational models of internet finance. Candidates with experience in the securities industry will be prioritized.
Possess strong product analysis, planning, and design capabilities, with excellent data sensitivity, business insight, and research analysis skills. Able to keenly capture user value and product opportunities.
Bachelor's degree or above in finance, computer science, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English, with the ability to convey complex business or technical information effectively.
工作职责
Responsible for the design of financial products for the bank, primarily covering business modules such as bank accounts, fund transfers and remittances, and securities trading.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements, and propose innovative product features and enhancements.
Develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories that outline product functionalities, interfaces, and user experience expectations.
Have a sense of project ownership. Coordinate collaboration with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery in terms of quality, time, and cost.
Able to continuously review daily products and procedures with developmental perspective. Propose and complete optimization of products or procedures in a timely manner.
Understand banking industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring product compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
