As a Customer Success Manager, you will independently manage client projects and accounts, ensuring successful delivery of large-scale system projects. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating internal teams and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to work in the insurance technology sector in Thailand, requiring strong project management and communication skills.

最低要求

University graduate with ideally 3 or more years’ relevant experience in project management and 5 or more years’ relevant experience in software or internet industry;

Awareness of software lifecycle and development process;
Excellence in communication, coordination, and problem-solving; able to withstand pressure; equipped with a high sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination ability, team spirit, and leadership;
Languages: English and Mandarin at the business level.

工作职责

Independently take charge of the project and the client, incl. the planning, organizing, executing and monitoring of the project during its whole life cycle;

Follow the team to successfully deliver large-scale system projects according to the project scope and plan, incl. account management (managing SLAs, invoices, financial planning), requirements management, product development, environment operation, and maintenance, etc.;
Maintain good communication with clients and partners so as to improve customer satisfaction;
Effective lead and coordinate internal teams incl. BA, architecture, development, operations, and maintenance; create a team spirit atmosphere and solve internal problems;
Optimize resources and control costs.

Previous experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
