In non-commercial channels, such as state-owned enterprises and central enterprises, there are certain resources and relationships in special channels. Being able to establish a long-term cooperative relationship and expand the types of stores. ◆ Planning and Execution: Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results. Collaborates with store development team to develop an integrated market plan. Maintains relationships with jurisdictions and planning commissions to ensure seamless openings for new store or remodels/renovations. Plans and manages business unit and department processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives. Conducts comprehensive annual portfolio reviews with key landlords. Complete comprehensive portfolio risk assessment and negotiation strategies for each Mall landlord portfolio.
