This position is a Procurement Legal Counsel (parental leave substitution) at Ferrero's headquarters in Alba, Italy. Support the drafting, review, and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements in both Italian and English, including NDAs, R&D agreements, procurement contracts for production lines/equipment/machinery, raw material and packaging purchasing agreements, manufacturing and co-manufacturing agreements, service agreements, real estate agreements, intercompany contracts, agreements with public authorities, and other business-related legal documentation.
