As a Medical Science Liaison at Merck, you will act as a scientific bridge between the company and external healthcare experts. You will communicate complex scientific information, support medical strategies, and gather insights to advance patient care. 最低要求
Scientific degree (e.g., MSc, PharmD, PhD, DO, MD) is required. Previous MSL or related pharmaceutical experience preferred, or professional, clinical or research experience in a scientific or related field (minimum of 1 year). Advanced English language competency and fluency in local language. Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically. Good conflict resolution/management skills. Highly developed interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Understand and support development of local medical strategies. Gather and internally communicate relevant opinions, expert knowledge, medical insights from external stakeholders. Maintain in-depth scientific knowledge of assigned therapeutic area. Lead or contribute to Medical Affairs field activities. Expertly communicate complex scientific information to internal and external stakeholders. Provide comprehensive scientific education on disease states and therapeutic options. Deliver accurate and timely scientific information on Company assets. Anticipate unmet educational needs of stakeholders. Maintain deep understanding of Company's clinical research activities. Identify opportunities for Real World Evidence projects. Support Investigator-Sponsored Studies. Identify and interact with key members of the Medical community. Comprehensively profile and prioritize stakeholders. Establish robust, long-term peer relationships with thought leaders. Represent Medical Affairs as trusted scientific resource. Facilitate partnerships on innovative research.
