Oversee and manage the demand planning process for a diverse and complex range of SKUs, ensure the core stock readiness and sell through.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align online sales demands with business objectives. Analyze historical data and other relevant factors to create accurate demand forecasts. Calculate the inventory demands by product type, category, key brands and top items, to ensure business needs. Provide visibility and foresee the risk by key milestone, drive the solution with Merchant and Supply team. Allocate inventory to different online channels based on stock status and sales trends. Monitor online inventory health and deliver multi-dimensional inventory analysis reports, including but not limited to stock structure, OSA, ST, DOI..etc. Identify potential risks and opportunities, such as OOS/low DOI/slow moving, based on data insights, and propose actionable solutions. Continuously improve demand planning tools, processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
