Consistent risk control experience with multinational companies, including successful cases of building security systems from the ground up in emerging markets
Technical insights: deep application of LBS risk control, AI prediction, biometric recognition, and other technologies to address complex security challenges; hands-on experience applying AI/ML tools to operational safety workflows is a strong plus
Demonstrated ability to design, document, and implement operational SOPs — translating complex safety scenarios into structured, repeatable processes
Design and maintain a rider-facing safety toolkit within the app
Develop a real-time safety monitoring system for delivery partners in high-risk zones, leveraging Location-Based Services and historical incident data
