This role focuses on sales operations and business analysis for Keeta, the overseas brand of Meituan. You will be responsible for target setting, data analysis, AI-driven process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to support the sales team in achieving business goals in international markets.

最低要求

+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or related fields; experience in food delivery, local services, or O2O industries preferred.

Proven experience in goal decomposition and process management, with the ability to independently build KPI systems and tracking mechanisms for sales teams.
Strong data analysis skills, proficient in SQL/BI tools, able to convert data into actionable business recommendations.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and project driving skills, able to integrate resources and drive results in multi-stakeholder environments.
Fluent in English for working, able to communicate effectively in a multicultural team.
Interest in applying AI tools in business; practical exploration or implementation experience preferred.

工作职责

【Target System Construction and Achievement Management】Decompose core business targets into actionable team and individual goals, assess feasibility and risks in advance, adjust resource allocation in time to support and drive the front-line team to consistently achieve results.

【Data Analysis and Business Insights】Conduct special analysis to identify business anomalies and growth opportunities, output actionable data insights to support management decisions and front-line strategy adjustments.
【AI and Product Sales Process Optimization and Efficiency Improvement】Analyze and optimize the entire sales process, identify bottlenecks and efficiency losses, design standardized tools and scripts, continuously reduce non-value-added actions, and explore practical AI applications in sales forecasting, anomaly alerts, and report automation to systematically improve operational efficiency and raise individual productivity ceilings.
【Cross-functional Collaboration and Project Promotion】Work closely with front-line, C-end, D-end teams, integrate internal and external resources to drive sales-side project implementation; communicate efficiently in a cross-cultural, multilingual environment to ensure strategy execution.
