This role is within the PB Pricing & Analytics team at Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong, focusing on pricing and analytics for equity financing and execution products within Prime Brokerage and cleared derivatives in APAC. You will support pricing decisions, develop models, and collaborate with sales, trading, and risk teams. Ideal for candidates with 1-5 years of financial experience in analytical roles.

years related financial experience, ideally in: Prime Brokerage, Structuring, Strats, Risk, Trading or closely related analytical roles
Strong numerical background and data analysis skills
Analytic mindset, excellent problem solving ability and close attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and an ability to articulate complex situations clearly.
Strong project management and time management skills
Comfortable operating in fast-paced commercially driven environment
Product knowledge of equity swaps and listed derivatives desirable
Knowledge of regional APAC equity market structures desirable
工作职责
Support and own pricing analysis and decision making
Develop and maintain pricing models, scenario analyses to support client negotiations and new products.
Partner closely with Sales and Coverage, Trading, Risk, Strats, Finance, IT and external clients
Analysis of desk profitability, with emphasis on driving optimization and efficiency.
Development of management reporting to aid the strategic management of the business
Close involvement in strategic business initiatives
