发起采购订单,必要时协调合同制定,处理变更订单,并管理供应商发票的接收

作为现场运营部门、活跃研究单位及其他研究小组采购请求的主要联系人
为现场运营团队成员和采购同事在资质请求和提案流程方面提供行政支持
审查报价和提案的准确性和公司政策合规性,同时使用SAP/Ariba和Concur管理供应商发票、采购卡交易和费用报告
作为部门与全球企业解决方案团队在所有采购、应付账款、新供应商和账户设置以及相关问题上的联络人
执行一般行政支持职责,包括扫描、复印、归档、数据录入、文件签名流转以及为部门订购办公用品
为部门开发和维护文档管理系统和治理,并定期更新和维护部门网站的信息和文档
为季度会议和新员工入职提供行政支持,并为活动提供从初步规划到事后评估的协调和后勤支持,包括日历管理和校园范围的信息发布
跟踪活动预算支出以确保财务责任
代表现场运营团队参加校园范围的委员会
