作为HR业务伙伴,您将负责为南非、肯尼亚和尼日利亚的业务领导者提供本地化的人力资源战略支持

您需要运用AI与数据分析,协助制定并执行人才管理、员工关系、领导力发展及合规运营等关键人力资源举措,以支持业务转型与成功

最低要求

人力资源或人类行为学学士学位

在跨国公司拥有8年以上人力资源专家经验
具备多国工作经验
能够作为总经理及领导团队熟练的思考伙伴
在人力资源团队内高度协作
高度积极主动、以解决方案为导向,能够主导人力资源领域并出色交付成果

工作职责

直接或通过全球HRBP为领导者提供本地指导与支持,有效执行本地层面的人力资源战略(运用AI和数据分析)

定期与业务经理沟通,深入了解其日常业务、挑战和机遇(例如,适应本地市场的招聘策略),支持组织内的日常/运营问题
支持本地背景下的转型流程
人才管理:基于业务需求识别组织内的本地关键岗位,识别本地关键/潜力人才,为其胜任关键岗位做好准备,规划与相应全球战略一致的继任和职业发展
预测人才缺口/未来需求,包括学习与发展、人才寻源、绩效和薪酬策略
确保为业务关键岗位建立稳健的人才发展管道和继任/情景规划,重点关注归属感与包容性
设计并实施反映当地劳动法规的国家级运营人力资源措施
确保人力资源相关事务的合法合规
为全球项目部署本地领导力培训/导师计划,并开发本地解决方案
支持变革管理采纳和文化转型战略,以实现业务成功
进行员工关系案例调查,包括通过合规热线报告的事项(如适用)
