该职位是向北美医学事务战略与运营负责人汇报的执行助理,主要为北美医学事务高级副总裁提供高级行政支持

核心工作包括复杂的日程管理、差旅安排、费用报告处理,并负责团队会议协调、文件准备以及内外部利益相关者沟通,以确保高层管理者能专注于战略领导活动
这是一个混合办公职位,每周至少需在办公室工作3天

最低要求

最低任职要求:

学士学位
年以上在快节奏的全球矩阵式环境中担任执行助理,支持高级管理层的经验
或者,高中或GED文凭,并拥有10年以上在制药行业担任执行助理的经验

工作职责

工作职责:

准备和编辑信件、通讯、演示文稿和其他文件,处理传入和传出的通讯,包括电子邮件、团队电话和邮件
会议协调:计划、组织和协调会议、会议和活动
准备议程,做会议记录,并跟进行动项目
确保高级副总裁为会议做好充分准备,并提供相关材料和信息
利益相关者管理:充当高级副总裁与内外部利益相关者之间的联络人
与关键联系人和部门建立并保持积极的关系
了解团队如何与其他团队整合以实现整体目标,代表业务行事
负责了解NAMA团队参与的正在进行的项目的范围和内容,并在必要时协助项目,同时优先处理和管理多个项目,以确保及时跟进问题
负责繁重的日程管理,需要与内部和外部的高级管理人员及其助理,以及第三方利益相关者和行业合作伙伴互动,以协调各种复杂的行政会议和活动
应要求为NAMA领导团队成员提供高级行政支持,包括协调和安排高级别业务会议
协调复杂的差旅安排,包括国际和国内
确保请求和任务(例如团队会议议程/纪要、定期团队报告等)的截止日期交付
运用卓越的分析技能筛选对日常和高度机密信息的回复,包括邮件、电子邮件、电话和消息
开发并维护一个与计算机网络文件结构相连的机密集中文件系统
为高级副总裁以及指定的NAMA领导团队成员处理费用报告,确保及时提交和准确性
与各级内部各方合作,收集信息并根据高管需求准备报告
参加所有行政卓越会议和活动
