This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to develop an automated at-line UPLC workflow for GxP environment at Merck Healthcare in Switzerland. 工作职责
You will work with experts to assess process and GxP requirements
Define what an ideal at-line workflow should look like, leveraging MAST for sampling and Fialab for sample prep.
Develop, test, and refine automated sample preparation steps compatible with at-line UPLC
Optimize protocols for traceability, regulatory compliance, and real-time analytics.
Collaborate with analytical, automation and digital teams to bring together hardware and software for a seamless workflow from sample to data
Document protocols and results according to quality and EHS standards.
