This role is for a Vice President, Global Program Head in Oncology at EMD Serono (Merck KGaA). You will lead global oncology drug development programs, setting overall vision and strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and driving assets from clinical development through regulatory approval and commercialization. Ideal for seasoned pharmaceutical leaders with deep oncology expertise.

最低要求

Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (MD, PhD, or PharmD preferred). Minimum 10+ years of experience in global drug development. Substantial managerial experience leading multidisciplinary global program teams in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Demonstrated expertise across various areas of drug development. Broad understanding of research, pre-clinical development, process development, manufacturing, clinical, regulatory, and marketing processes. Strong business acumen and leadership skills. Ability to navigate uncertainty and exercise sound judgment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills.
