Evaluate existing laboratory testing methods and conduct the development, transfer, optimization, and validation of new methods to ensure accuracy, reproducibility, and compliance;
Identify issues and potential risks in laboratory operations, develop and drive the effective implementation of improvement measures; promote lean management principles to continuously enhance overall laboratory operational efficiency. Timely identify deviations, OOS (Out-of-Specification), and OOT (Out-of-Trend) results during testing; conduct investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and follow up to ensure investigations are closed on time and CAPAs are effectively implemented. Maintain close communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, actively coordinate cross-functional issues, and facilitate the smooth progression of cross-departmental projects. Lead or participate in Lab/Site improvement projects and new product introduction projects; develop project plans, coordinate internal and external resources, identify and manage project risks, report progress in a timely manner, and ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards. Execute routine lab testing in accordance with established SOPs and testing plans; ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of testing data, and strictly maintain Data Integrity. Under the guidance of the EHS department, strictly follow lab safety operating procedures, ensure daily operations comply with safety requirements, and promptly report and address any safety hazards. Complete other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
