Key Responsibilities: Lead brand activation planning and execution across NALP in alignment with global and regional brand frameworks Own and deliver Market Development Campaigns across NALP to support market growth, adoption, and usage of Visa products Define and execute the NALP Passion Point strategy across platforms such as sports, music, culture, and entertainment Translate brand strategy into integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, partnerships, and on ground activations Collaborate with product, digital, analytics, and communications teams to ensure brand initiatives support business objectives Identify and manage strategic partnerships that enhance Visa brand visibility and relevance Manage agencies and external partners to ensure high quality execution across markets Track and optimize performance against key brand and business metrics including awareness, engagement, usage, and campaign effectiveness Monitor consumer and cultural trends across NALP and apply insights to continuously optimize brand activation
