Battery Component Testing 1

该职位负责大众汽车合肥研发中心的电池组件测试工作，包括测试项目管理、样品准备、测试编程、数据分析和故障排查等

Lead the test arrange and interface to the development team, coordination of test requirements and changes, responsible the whole process of test task implementation; Ensure the professional operation of testing equipment and systems; Analysis and processing testing data/results and establish testing reports; Create a complete overview of all findings and the underlying problems for both the test item and the test benches; Develop early detection methods based on the anomalies found and analyses carried out in later test phases; Responsible for internal testing quality assurance and the certification of external test benches to ensure maximum comparability of results; Coordinate test resource (internally and externally) and responsible for equipment acceptance, maintenance and management, solving common faults during test; Follow test lab regulations (safety, 5S, etc.); Ensures that the highest safety standards are maintained and continuously improved within their area of responsibility; Continuous improvement on test method/process to contribute product competitiveness in China market
