Key tasks: Designing materials for chemical components per battery cell requirements and specifications. Evaluating and testing raw materials and component formulations. Conducting technical supplier meetings and defining raw material delivery terms. Planning and executing experiments from lab to pilot scale. Performing chemical, physical, and electrochemical characterization of components. Monitoring timelines and costs while aligning technical solutions. Documenting and presenting project results; updating project schedules. Reporting progress and escalating critical issues promptly. Conducting literature, patent, market, and benchmark research. Supporting efficient lab operations complying with safety and hazardous material regulations.
