Recruitment delivery: responsible for the entire recruitment process management, including CVs screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up, to fulfill BUs' recruitment needs in a timely manner.
Recruitment process optimization: continuously improve the recruitment process to increase recruitment efficiency as well as candidates' application experience, ensure fairness and compliance in the recruitment process. Channel mgmt: propose and maintain appropriate recruiting channels internally/externally by evaluating their performance in regard to effectiveness & cost. Establish and maintain good relationships with colleges/universities. BUs' satisfaction: work closely with internal clients (BUs) to understand business requirements, serve as an advisor to hiring mgrs with regards to staffing best practices, incl. sourcing strategy, selection techniques & decisions making. Projects & events: lead/actively participate in recruitment related projects/events, including but not limited to Talent market insight & mapping, Job Fair, Trainee Program, HR related external promotion...). Talent pool establishment: build and maintain high quality talent recycling pool for BUs, develop proactive connection with potential candidates to attract them for the hiring vacancies. Data acumen: being able to provide and deep dive to recruitment process data as needed to identify possible issue ahead and find feasible solutions. Vendor management: Development and maintenance of cooperation with recruitment related suppliers (e.g,: outsourcing personnel, dispatch, headhunter ...)and set up the management regulation and regular evaluation.
