Daily cash equities processes for Australia market support local and overseas client; Manage trade lifecycle events to support the desk for trade amendments, allocation, confirmation and settlements; Lead reconciliation process between Front office system and external counterparties; Collaborate with desk to resolve operational issues and optimize workflow efficiency; Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal trade controls; Supervise and develop junior members while fostering a culture of excellence; Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency; Interface with clients, brokers and custodians to resolve any issues; Monitor and report on key operational metrics and risk exposures.
