完成应用数据的整理、售前应用方案的编写、讲解以及产品的演示，结合客户实际业务进行售前沟通
负责技术方案、产品说明书等资料的撰写，确保产品技术文档的规范化
跟踪信息化竞争状态，分析市场差异，进行市场和产品定位分析支持
