关于这个职位
This is a 12-month fixed-term Trainee contract with Societe Generale in Hong Kong. You will provide application support for post-trade systems in the structured products business line, working with developers and users to ensure system stability and resolve incidents.
最低要求
Hold a relevant Bachelors or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or similar majors
Have good knowledge on Unix and SQL
Capable to understand and code with programming languages, C# is strongly preferrable
Willing to learn, able to learn quickly
Have good communication and interpersonal skills
Have positive mindset and work as a team player
Fluent in English is mandatory
工作职责
Manage users' requests, gather information and communicate through different channels
Investigate, identify and resolve incidents and problems
Propose and develop solutions using technologies e.g. C#, Java, etc.
Collaborate with other IT development and infrastructure teams to ensure the stability of production
Monitor application and chain health. Build monitoring using external tools and develop in-house monitoring tool
Take initiatives to reduce the operational risks and improve efficiency of day-to-day production
