)Brand development to achieve business objectives: • Participate in developing the strategic plan and marketing strategy. • Monitor the local competitive environment to identify business threats/opportunities and provide inputs to the development of business plan/strategy. • Regularly track performance, analyze and identify the key drivers, barriers, challenges and opportunities to help brand achieve business goals. • Develop marketing messages and materials for different stakeholder groups. • Monitor and implement marketing activities to drive sales growth and achieve target. • Be responsible for projects to increase brand awareness and SOV in the market. Independently manage project budgets to help improving business effectiveness. 2)Develop and execute key marketing activity & materials to achieve brand goal & target: • Develop promotion materials to support marketing strategies • Owner of the promotional materials • Independently design and execute marketing activities based on strategy • Develop NN meeting strategy (on-line & offline) and execution plan across all channels • KOL development & management • Independently manage budgets of responsible marketing projects Provide ad-hoc support to sales organization in fulfilling brand objectives. 3)Assist with other projects, as needed • Work with market development team, as needed
