Design & Craft: Create high-quality print designs across formats (marketing materials, templates, collateral); Apply strong typography, layout, colour, and composition principles; Ensure designs are functional, editable, and scalable within Canva templates; Uphold Canva's 'one quality bar' across all print outputs
Print Production & Technical Execution: Prepare print-ready files, including correct bleed, trim, colour profiles (CMYK), and resolution; Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure accuracy and consistency before production; Manage file setup, packaging, and export requirements for different print outputs; Understand and apply print production methods and constraints
Systems & Scalability: Design templates and assets that are modular, reusable, and user-friendly; Contribute to print design systems and best practices; Ensure outputs work across multiple formats, sizes, and use cases
AI & Workflow Integration: Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, variation, and production workflows; Apply design judgement to ensure outputs meet quality and usability standards; Explore ways to scale content production responsibly using AI
