Bachelor’s Degree and above in Mechanical Engineering, prefer master
or more years experience in new product development in electromechanical systems, low voltage field preferred Rich experience in components design and material selection, like metal, nonferrous fields Expert in low voltage component product design, specially MCCB & ACB products design (priority to MCCB) Rich knowledge material property and application, especially Ag contact and brazed material design Proven history of designing and executing new product development programs Must be an expert in the use of Pro-E, AutoCAD or other software design tools Have knowledge on FEA/FMEA simulation, some experience preferred Experience in utilizing DFSS method to solve technical issues, as well as customer application problem Good understanding of commercial markets and the environmental requirements and related qualification testing required Extensive knowledge of a wide variety of low voltage system application Good communication skill, fluent English both in written and oral Open attitude to coach young engineers
