This position is responsible for handling international and overseas customer settlement operations at SF Express, including billing verification, cash flow monitoring, risk management, and customer issue resolution. 工作职责
Responsible for SF Express international and overseas customer settlement business.
Verify customer billing discrepancies, follow up on timely and accurate bill generation.
Sort out and continuously optimize the international customer business settlement process.
Monitor the payment collection of managed customers, follow up on payment dynamics and monitor early warning of fund risks.
Manage customer complaints, promote resolution including return visits, demand collection and analysis, improvement measures follow-up, and enhance satisfaction.
Manage customer risks, including risk warnings, data analysis, regular report output, process monitoring, and timely closure.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
优先资格
Fluent in Malay is a plus; Previous experience in international express/e-commerce logistics/logistics solutions/international packet receivable settlement is preferred.
