Communicate with hiring manager to make specific job analysis on each new position and work out a clear job specification including job posting, applicant prescreen questions & selection criteria
Develop the recruiting channels to attract potential candidates in domestic or international talent market. And keep evaluating if the channel effective and efficient
Follow & implement the whole hiring process: screen resumes, interview & assessment, candidate background check and issue offering on the platform of Deloitte e-recruitment system to fulfill the vacancy in times as required by hiring manager
Keep tracking and analyzing the recruiting data in e-recruitment system and provide the timely report to management team
Proactively source and build up high-potential talents pipeline with developing a good relationship & connection with them
Work with the team to establish the Deloitte branding & image to candidates and "sell" candidates on the employer value proposition appropriately
Assist manager in market intelligence research to generate the best practice
Support other assigned staffing programs
