This role leads the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions for clients. You will architect agentic systems, define AI strategies, and drive production-ready deployments. It requires deep technical expertise in LLMs, cloud platforms, and responsible AI practices, combined with strong client management skills.

最低要求

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fields.

–12+ years in solution architecture, with a strong focus on Generative AI and LLMs in the past 2–3 years.
Deep expertise in Generative AI platforms, agentic systems, multi-agent orchestration, Agentic RAG architectures, and multimodal AI.
Proven track record leading complex AI transformation programs in a consulting or enterprise environment.
Strong architecture, integration, and cloud skills across Azure, AWS, or GCP (including services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI).
Solid knowledge of responsible AI practices, governance frameworks, model evaluation, observability, guardrails, and compliance.
Excellent client management, strategic thinking, thought leadership, and team leadership skills.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
Working proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

工作职责

Lead the design of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions, including agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, and Agentic RAG architectures.

Partner with clients to identify high-value use cases, rapidly prototype, and successfully scale them into production business solutions.
Drive business process automation using agentic AI to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Define AI strategies, technology roadmaps, reference architectures, governance frameworks, and responsible AI guardrails.
Guide technology selection and optimization of LLMs, multimodal models, vector databases, and modern MLOps/LLMOps platforms.
Ensure all solutions are secure, explainable, auditable, and compliant with regulatory and business requirements.
Provide technical direction and architectural oversight to project teams, including AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts.
Support pre-sales activities, solution design, client workshops, and thought leadership on emerging Generative AI topics.
At the Senior Manager level, you will own significant client relationships, drive major pursuits, lead practice-level AI initiatives, and help shape Deloitte’s AI & Data offering in the market.

优先资格

Certified Architect in cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a strong advantage.
