关于这个职位

作为车队分析师,你将负责将GrabRentals的车队和租赁数据转化为可操作的业务洞察

你的工作核心是分析租赁协议、欠款、远程信息处理和维护数据,以发现模式、解释业绩,并支持提升车辆利用率、减少坏账和增强安全性的决策
你将与多个业务团队紧密合作,通过设计和跟踪A/B测试来优化政策和产品,并负责构建和维护关键仪表板

最低要求

拥有商业、经济、统计、数据分析、工程或相关领域的学士学位

至少3年以上数据分析、业务分析或运营/车队相关岗位的相关经验
精通Excel / Google Sheets,并具备SQL和数据可视化工具(如Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik)的使用知识
具备构建仪表板和定期报告以支持决策的经验
具备流程改进方法论(如精益或六西格玛)的工作知识
具备项目管理经验,包括端到端管理分析或改进计划
具备支持变革管理的经验,例如帮助团队基于数据采用新的报告、政策或流程

工作职责

车队与租赁绩效分析*:分析PHC、出租车和AV业务的租赁协议、利用率、欠款和坏账数据,识别收益率、流失率、坏账和核销的关键驱动因素,并突出改进机会

风险、欠款与催收分析*:深入分析不同司机群体、合同类型、车辆等级和租期的欠款与坏账模式
开发细分、早期预警触发器和评分卡,以支持催收和政策优化
远程信息处理与维护洞察*:利用远程信息处理(GPS、事件)和维护数据识别安全、滥用和车辆健康状况模式
提出数据驱动的行动建议以减少事故、停机和滥用
实验与A/B测试*:设计、跟踪和评估A/B测试和试点项目(例如激励措施、政策变更、产品变更),以确定有效方案、量化影响,并建议扩大规模或回滚的决策
仪表板、监控与模型更新*:构建和维护车队、租赁、欠款和远程信息处理的关键仪表板及监控视图
