这是一个位于越南胡志明市的商业分析师职位,隶属于Grab的GrabMart团队

你将运用数据分析技能,负责商品选品策略优化、营销活动效果分析,并通过数据洞察驱动业务增长
核心工作包括使用SQL和Python/R处理数据、设计可视化看板,并与业务开发团队协作,共同提升平台交易额和用户转化

最低要求

相关经验:3年以上商业智能、商业分析或战略相关经验,有电子商务经验者优先

能够独立编写复杂查询,从数据仓库中提取和构建数据
统计知识:具备统计编程语言(Python,R)的基础知识,能够处理、清理大型复杂数据集并从中提取洞察

可视化技能:具备为利益相关者创建用户友好型仪表板和可视化图表的能力(Tableau,PowerBI等)

工作职责

商品组合策略与优化:分析历史销售数据和市场趋势,为即将开展的活动识别“明星单品”和获胜商品组合

提供基于数据的建议,确定推广哪些商品以最大化购物篮价值
活动绩效分析:监控实时和活动后指标(流量、转化率、GMV、提升效果)
进行深入的根源分析,解释绩效产生的原因,并提出即时运营解决方案
差距分析与采购指南:利用数据识别我们当前商品组合与市场需求之间的差距
与业务开发部门合作,制定具体的待引入商品/商家“愿望清单”
技术数据提取:利用SQL和统计编程(Python/R)查询大规模数据集,自动化数据提取,并标记高潜力趋势,而不完全依赖手动报告
仪表板与报告:设计并维护用户友好的仪表板(PowerBI/Tableau),为高级管理层和跨职能利益相关者可视化绩效趋势
实验设计:设计并分析关于活动机制和着陆页商品组合的A/B测试,以持续优化用户点击率
